For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via bank transfer
- Payment by invoice
(For credit checks, we reserve the right to request prepayment in individual cases. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately by telephone or email.) - Payment via PayPal
- Payment by cash on delivery
Shipping
We only ship within Germany, excluding the islands.
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
If free shipping items are shipped together with items that require postage and collect, the shipping fee will always apply.
If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Any additional freight costs incurred that are not caused by us will be charged separately.
